(Technical Consultant)

Job Description

1. รับ requirement ให้คำปรึกษา และสนับสนุนงานทางด้าน IT ให้แก่ลูกค้ากับทีมขาย 2. ติดต่อทาง Hardware/Software Vendor สอบถาม หาข้อมูล ในการทำ Solution ให้กับลูกค้า 3. ออกแบบ Solution ทำรายการของอุปกรณ์ ทำเอกสารและนำเสนอ Solution ให้แก่ลูกค้าทั้งแบบองค์กร บริษัท หรือหน่วยงานราชการ ในลักษณะงาน IT Solution Presales 4. ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานในการทำ IT Project ติดตั้งระบบ IT Infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง) ให้กับลูกค้า ในลักษณะงาน IT implementation 5. จัดทำไฟล์และเอกสารทางด้านเทคนิค ได้แก่ ไฟล์นำเสนอทางด้านเทคนิค เอกสาร POCs เอกสาร Statement of Work (SOW) และ TOR

Qualifications

- เพศ ชาย / หญิง - อายุ 22 - 45 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีความรู้ทางด้านระบบปฏิบัติการแม่ข่าย ระบบเครือข่าย ระบบความปลอดภัยในงาน IT - หากมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ firewall fortigate จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
